This policy governs all purchases of Skybound Nodes. By purchasing a Skybound Node, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
All purchases of Skybound Nodes are final and non-refundable.
Skybound Nodes represent digital infrastructure licenses that are activated upon purchase and immediately participate in the Skybound network. Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and network participation, node purchases cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once completed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available information and understanding the nature of the product prior to purchase.
Once a transaction is completed:
This applies regardless of usage, activation status, or participation level.
In the event of a billing dispute, chargeback, or formal refund request, Skybound reserves the right to review the case.
Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:
All rewards, benefits, or distributions received from the node(s) must be fully returned prior to any refund being processed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
If rewards or benefits cannot be returned, no refund will be issued.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Skybound support may result in:
Skybound reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this policy.
By purchasing a Skybound Node, you acknowledge that:
Skybound reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
